SYNC' FILES SELECTED JOBS NOT RUNNING

Hi
i have created a number of 'sync files' jobs and then 'select jobs' but when i run a multi-sync these jobs do not run and are not shown in the 'jobs' list as the sync progresses.
I had this all working fine but sadly had to re-install WIN10 and re-install myphoneexplorer. If it is something i have forgotten to do, please remind me.
