problem with first use of MPE

Hello
I was using Samsung Kies to synchronize my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 with Outlook 2013 on Windows 7 pro.
At first sync it has doubled all entries previously existing in the Outlook agenda on my phone, it has not doubled on Outlook on my PC.
But none of the new appointments I made on my phone since I stopped using Samsung Kies was synchronized on Outlook on my PC.
Can you help me? do you need more détails? Thanks

Have you checked the settings on your desktop (File > Settings > Sync -> then check settings for contacts and calendar)? And on your phone (Settings > [Calendars/contact-accounts] to sync)?

Also, if Outlook on your PC is correct then back this up first if you're not too sure what you're doing. I would then delete the calendar and contact storage on your phone and re-sync from there. After deleting your phone storage, start up MPE on the desktop and for both calendar and contacts hit the blue down-arrow at the top of the window before sync'ing. That'll 'zero' MPE on your PC, you can then sync. And don't forget to check the 'show confirmation' boxes first. That way you can see what is getting done and can abort if you think it's wrong.
