Where can I download the client version of MyPhoneExplorer

I have already MPE installed on my Win7 PC, but my Samsung Galaxy S3 crashed and I lost all my data.
How can I re-install the client on my phone?

I tied again this morning: The MPE client started to download.... but nothing arrived on my phone Galaxy S3

I'm assuming you're trying to download from the Play Store? If not, then do so. If you're having trouble downloading from the Play Store then your problems lie outside of MPE .....

if u failed anyway, try usb debugging , and connect ur phone
mpe installes automatically..
