error message

I am using version 1.8.6 and keep receiving following error message "Connexion to phone could not be established. No device attached to USB". I have never had problems before and do switch the phone to usb connexion as required. I am unable to update my data or view my stored phone files. Would be grateful of some assistance. My other phone works no problem at all. Sad

Well, you gotta give us some more information to find out what´s going on there.

What happend between the last time it worked and the first time it didn´t?
Something must have been changed because the app does not just turn itself off.

Did you do any updates?
Did you change the hardware?

Anything would be helpful.

Hi Koelner
I have 2 mobiles connected with software and both ran OK on previous version. Once updated to latest version of software only one could gain access OK the other receives the USB message indicated in my previous email. Both are Samsung mobile and the one with the problem is Galaxy S2. Hope you can help. Thanks.

I am sure this problem has nothing to do with the new version of MyPhoneExplorer.
- check if USB-Debugging is still enabled on both phones
- install/update the ADB-Drivers for your phones on the PC, they are included in Samsung KIES
