Sync Outlook 2010 calendar with S3 phone

When I add an appointment in Outlook and do a sync with the Galaxy S3 the new appointment doesn't show on the phone, sometimes I get to work but it never is easy to do. How can I setup a sync without getting all those extra holidays all I want is the information I add to Outlook including holidays from Outlook. My sync setting is set for Outlook calendar only.
I can't find any sort of setup guide.

Check which is the standard calendar for adding new events in your phone (MyPhoneExplorer Client->Settings->Add new events to...). Also check if the new appointments appear in the calendar of MyPhoneExplorer.
