I discoverd issue.
Yesterday 20thJuly 2024 MyPhoneExplorer app have been updated to version 3.10.
It seems the 3.10 version have big issue.
I simply deinstalled it and installed again the old one ...

Thanks. I do have a profile set up. The error comes on the desktop not the phone. I did wonder if was to do with that so I deleted and set up new ones after a recent move from Office 2010 to 2013, but ...
