Either check if permissions for the directory are missing or start MPE as administrator
thanks for the reply - running as admin didn't help, how do i check for permisisons? |

When I try to set up the desktop software i hit a problem - in the advanced sync options, when I select 'Force Outlook to phone' it comes up with an error message:
