The contacts were definitely backed up there as that was one of the main points of backing it up. However, for some reason now it says there are no contacts. Could this be because i downloaded versi ...

Thanks for replying.

I actually realised the back-up is from 12 months ago from a C902. The text messages are restoring but no contact details (i.e. no names and phone numbers) are restoring at al ...

Sorry if this has been asked before but im completely stuck and needed some advice!

My W995 phone was stolen and my phone company said they couldnt replace my W995 as they were out ...
