| Interesting. I have the opposite problem. After getting a new phone (Galaxy S7) I fine that MPE managed to synch Calendar but not Notes! |

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the MPE?
Therefore MPE should consider your new Outlook as the only true source.
No, I haven't. Do you mean MPE on the PC or the phone client?
