| Unfortunately not. I had hoped that I might be able to find a cache file with the calendar entries but I think I might have exhausted all options. |

| Oh, I've just found it. It's organizer.dat and I didn't have it included in my file history backup. Does that mean I've lost my calendar entries for good?! |

Yes that's exactly right, thank you.
So if I uncheck 'sync photos' it will stop DCIM/Camera being synced to the folder for photo-sync (My Pictures), but will still back up all of my gallery folder ... |
