I recently (maybe a month ago) upgraded to to new version. Running on a Dell desktop Windows 10 Pro 21H2

This morning when I start the program it fails with error popup message:

Run-time error ...

I click Conversations then Synchronize. There are a few conversations I can't delete. Every message in the conversation gets an error pop up like this. How do i fix please??
