Hi FJ,
The Windows account has admin privileges and i also tried running both Outlook and MyPhoneExplorer as admin, but it didn't help.

Is there anything else that can be done or is it time to con ...

I am having issues syncing with Outlook 2010. The error message i receive is "Connection to Outlook failed".
