I uninstalled Outlook and MyPhoneExplorer then reinstalled them and everything worked without a problem.
I’ve no idea what I did the first time but all is fine now.

Thank you for the quick reply, No luck I’m afraid.
I renamed the database folder etc. but get the same result. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled MyPhoneExplorer again but with the same result.

I have been using MyPhoneExplorer with Outlook 2007 with great success and have just upgraded to Outlook 2021.
I am unable to connect to Outlook 2021 and am getting error messages such as Connection ... |
