The problem is solved; the summary of the actions is below.
Basically the problem was to delete all calendar entries in the Android. Three operations are needed for this:
1. Go to Setting -> Application -> Manage applications -> Select the All tab -> Calendar -> Press ...

The “list view” is very efficient to delete all data.
Unfortunately, passing the Calendar through email is not an option for me, although it seems as the most supported route.
I’ll try to start everything from scratch. One trouble is that I’ve got many appointment duplications now ...
