Do I need to go through the SDK brain dammage? I am just trying to get MPE to work on my Windows 7 machine with my Droid X. Why aren't there step by step instructions anywhere to do that? This whole process has been frustrating.

One other thing: when I select File, Connect, I get the message Connection to the phone could not be established: no device attached to USB. Also, when i tried downloading a USB driver for my droid x, it told me I had a newer version available.

I think I am getting closer. I have been using the search function quite a bit. I am getting frustrated. Where was it listed that I needed to download the PC side of it? I couldn't find that. That is why I started this out with asking about a User's Guide.

What do you mean by debug log?

I tried both USB and WiFi. When I have it connected, I start MPE. MPE tells me "Waiting for connection. App will close in__ minutes." Nothing else happens.

I'm not sure what I am missing, but when I open the app, it tells me that I am connected either by WiFi or USB. Nothing happens. I did have USB debugging on. It doesn't do anything...just sits there. I also have WiFi and it doesn't do anything there, either.

I downloaded the app on my Motorola Droid X. I plugged it in via a USB cable. How do I make it work? I looked for a user's guide on your website, hit the menu button on my phone and searched the FAQs.
