The phone comes with Android 2.1 and it is upgradeable to 2.2 Froyo. However I haven't yet upgraded it.

You say the phone doesn't connect. Do you have the drivers for the phone installed that usually come with the Sony Ericsson(SE) software?

Ginger, maybe it took the drivers off with the software. If you had the SE software on the computer did it communicate with it at all?
