Your idea is basicly interesting. Just for understanding: How would you "use" this feature ? Do you often upload photos from camera to phone ?

Do you mean contact-pictures ? If yes, they are already compressed by MPE to max 4KB. Cause you have no write-access to the internal phonestorage i think it would make no sense to compress anything before uploading a file.

Internal memory just isnt big enough for full resolution photo collections.
