Yes, you have a point.. I hadn't thought it.
Even if a contact with same fields that had sync with HTC Sync when I bought Desire had synchronized correctly.

Hi again! I don't open new thread because I think that this is ok for the theme.

I notice that if I have in a contactin Outlook the fields "Work" and "Work 2" the "Work 2" number doesn't sync.

Example:
Contact in Outlook:
Name: ABCDE
Mobile: 123456789
Work: 111222333
Work 2: 222333444
fax ...

Really fast! The update came and now the sync with Outlook seems to work pretty good!! A small theme with "Organization" field (it copies to name field) but nothing important. Finally, it seems that I can live without HTC Sync and its cable!!
