I am trying to get it to go on usb from the dock .
Windows can see the phone no problem so not the leads or dock

Hi thank's that got the program up and not crashing but it still can not find the phone ??

I just went in and deleted all the SMS files I could find and it still crashed on boot up ? This is the log file

I have not deleted the SMS dat file
Can you tell me how to do this ? As do not mind loosing the SMS files it is the text's I need

Hi i just down loaded the new program and loaded it and the same thing happens ? it get's as far as looking for phone then goes off screen and i get error do I want to send report .
i must be doing some thing wrong??? do i have to uninstall the older program first ? if so how can i keep saved text's ...

I have the latest program it was working fine the odd crash but now can not get it to run it crashes while opening looks for phone then goes off screen and ge error report.
Does any one know where i can down load the older program as this seemed to run better ??

Hi thank you for your reply i am still running windows XP and the phone I now use is the Ark S but saying that it is not getting as far as the phone .I get the page up as far as it goes to look for usb port then it goes off screen the next thing i get is to send error report to microsoft as it has ...

hi can any one help have been useing the program for some time now but just latly it has been crashing a lot and today will not run at all brings up the page as normale looks for phone then goes off ? have uninstalled it and reinstalled it but still will not run any one got any idea's as to why this ...

it is telling me com 28 is in use by some thing else ?
can you tell me where I can find the latest beta ? as I thought I had latest.

pluged phone in got text from phone 20 seconds sent reply green lines got halfway along box and stopped then 30 seconds fail came up but text was sent ?

could not sync down loaded one text and sent one it went out but showed as fail on screen and phone dropped out

sync full stop does not matter what I am trying to do the phone drops out and can not be seen .Have to unplug phone and plug it back in again .
I was useing the text's to give you a time scale time it takes to get a text from the phone and send a reply it has dropped out

Hi yes that was the first one I down loaded it did not work so well I could not get phone book from phone only sim . Also could not get to any of my files or back up.

It worked at first for abaout 3 hour's it was like 3 months of problems where ...

I can not find any other port's to do with Phone as it does not tell you what every thing is only the 4 main com port's to do with the phone I have to many things linked into PC .
I did try the bluetooth link and that does the same drops out ?

Yes can send text's but it seems only one or two then drop's out at the moment I can only send one and it drops out.


Just looked under com port's it is on 30 29 and 27 the modem is on com 28
I disabled them unpluged phone and then pluged it back in and sent a text it came up failed but I know ...

at the moment the phone modem is on com 28
The drop out problems I am having is when trying to send text's or look at files it drops out .
Like PC suite windows can still see the phone so can media go !!!!! they do not drop out at all ?
This is what I can not work out why windows and media go can ...

FJ software is useing com 27 to text at mo showing a fail on every text having to unplug and plug back in for each text??
I don't know as it was working better the other day it is like it is just random ??
