Thank you for the reply and you are correct.. The tick box was unchecked.. I never removed the tick and so could this be removed within the upgrade process between versions 7.1.4 to 7.1.5?

1) I've carried out your instructions and this time it sync'd with the new contacts in the software, but I still have a contact (which I received via a txt - contact card) in my phone, which is not showing in the Software contacts list???
