can we download & install FM transmitter software on cedar (J108i)

hi,
please suggest me a video player for se w 350i that can do forward & rewind within the track (the inbuilt one can't do forward & rewind within the track.) somebody suggested kd player. but it can't play video files.please suggest me a new video player.
