I tried your suggestion and got this error message:

• Take the battery out of your phone for 2 minutes
• Restart your computer

I am able to open MyPhoneExplorer once and sync my phone. From then on, if I unplug my phone and try and resync later, I get the above error message. If I close MyPhoneExplorer and reopen, I still get the same message. If I reboot the computer, I can sync my phone only one time and then I start ...
