my problem is still there.. i m unable to get it resolved.. FJ thnx for ur help but either i m not performing the tasks as u directed or there is some other problem... plz help me, i can send u data file of sms's for decryption...

thnx FJ.. cryptography-service is set to automatic.. i have not changed my password for the profile ever.. nor i have tried to shift my files in different profiles.. data files are in original shape.. still the problem is there.. can i get it decrypted by some other means as i know the username and ...

moreover what does that mean in your post? "bring the situation back to its original state" how will i do that? when i try to add a new user on the same phone, it connects that phone on the same profile.
one more thing.. even if i add a new thing in data, it accepts and when i refresh, it doesn't ...

thnx for the reply... i have only one profile and never changed it since long. i havetried to creat another profile by FILE>USER>ADD USER, but it connects the same phone in same profile and doesn't load the previous data. i can send u my dat files along with the password of my profile if u plz help ...

i also have the same problem all of a sudden.. i had lots of sms in archive and contacts and calender info but all is probably lost or failed to get loaded... dat files are encrypted and decryption from settings>advanced2 also doesn't work.. i am sending log file.. please help

my MPE has started to show this error all of a sudden.. anybody please help.. it doesnt load the old backup data of my phone including contacts and sms.. just shows the present phone data... it doesnt even store anything in sms archive.. i tried reinstalling also
