Dear,

I'm using Myphoneexplorer in latest version 1.8.8.

When I type SMS in non-English language (particularly Vietnamese), the program just freezes and I have to restart it again.

This hasn't happen in previous version and English typing.

Could somebody help me?

I'm using MyPhoneExplorer 1.85 with Windows 7 64bit. However, whenever I open the programme, it keeps crashing in about 5 minutes. Then I have to reopen it again.

Is there a bug fix for this problem?

I'm using MPE with a Samsung Galaxy S3 using Wifi connecetion. Initial connection is fine and stable. However, if I leave my phone for around 10', connection drops

When I click the sync button, it says that the software fails to obtain the IP address of the phone.

I just used the software to sync contact details from my Outlook to my Samsung Galaxy S2 (Ice Cream Sandwich). However, all of the contacts in my phone are missing profile pictures.

I still can't find the chat function on the context menu
Also, I'm using the 1.7.2 version so it should be the latest version

I don't know why but the Chat Function in the program suddenly disappeared.

But I've just uninstalled the program and reinstalled it recently. The problem has not appeared until now.
