The button "Download entire" does exactly whats described. This function downloads the entiry phonebook from phone and resfreshes the content in MyphoneExplorer. if the phonebook in the phone is empty then also the Phonebook in MyPhoneExplorer will become emtpy.

I connected my w910i to My Phone Explorer v1.5.8. On doing so it showed me all my phone contacts. However when I clicked on the "Download entire" button which happens to be located near the refresh button, all the phone contacts which were visible earlier disappeared suddenly and no alert was shown ...
