when I sync with outlook my contacts, I have always in my phone firstname-lastmane.

I tried to change with rigth clic (format contact) or in option/advance1 %L %F or %F %L + restart MPE but in my phone nothing changes.

I know it's possible because I already dit it but I have to update my phone ...
