Hello, went to do a backup today and was told I needed the latest plugin for Thunderbird which didn't work.

So I searched the Mozilla extensions store and it seems it has been removed now so no updates are possible.

So I tried a backup by linking my phone to my PC and the external SD card was ...

I have a Huawei Mate 9 and since the Oreo Android update, I cannot seem to connect via USB cable, no matter what I do.

I can do it via Wifi, no problem. But would prefer faster USB connection if possible.

I am also getting this message now, "Cant find folder structure in Fritzbox"

I have a lovely FritzBox and it's really useful to be able to sync the contacts. Thank you for this feature.

Now I have to learn German to work out the great FritzFax software next:):):)

FJ was the 1.8.4 version of MyPhoneExplorer supposed to contain the fixes in the debug update you told me about as it is the version crashing now.

If not, I'll use the debug version until there is an official fix.

**EDIT** Never mind, I managed to copy and paste two contacts which worked and ...

Finished current doctors and hospitals (yay!) and tested the beta. That problem has been fixed. Thank you very much for that.

At the moment, I have to install applications off disk one at a time and I usually have up to 50 at a time during phone testing.

1. Could I ask for a way to mass install applications off disk.

First crash I have ever had with this program. I wanted to copy all phone contacts from one phone book to another and am finding it impossible.

1. Click on the contacts tree on the top left.
2. Select a phone book from the tree (I chose the default 'Phone')
3. Select a contact in that list ...

Did you ever find a way to do it? I went through SE's whole site but could not find anything to help. Their own synch software will store notes to Outlook but that's all I can find on the subject.

With my poor eyesight, it's very hard to write notes into such a tiny phone and screen:):)

Damn. Maybe it's time for me to start finding an SDK for it. There must be a way.

Will wander off and start looking.
