I own an Xperia U and I wish to restore the messages I copied to MyPhone Explorer to my phone. How do I do this?

Can I combine different backups to one file? And, for example I want to update my phone with the numbers that were on the backup (and not delete my currently stored numbers in my phone), how do I do that (or is it possible)?

It's quite tiresome to maintain different backups so I just want to merge ...
