I have been using Myphoneexplorer with a SE K800, but just got a X10 mini pro. I tried adding a user for the X10, but I'm getting an error message saying 'Connection to phone could not be established.' What do I do?

I've downloaded MyPhoneExplorer, but I can't figure out how to use it. Do you have to click on synchronize before you can actually do anything? I want to save my texts from my phone. Could someone please give me instructions how to do this?
