I would like to suggest that Phone Explorer can be updated to support to see chinese words in the Phone Contact section.
This is because i cannot see the chinese word in Phone Explorer when i synchronise.
It will come out blank words.
Hope phone explorer can updated this language section soon ...

Hope this problem can be fix soon...
i also facing this problem.. and fix when change the language from chinese back to english.
This make a very difficulty in using it by need 2 change language. Hope next release will be fix.
Support morally 2 admin & programmer.
