Yes, but I'm not sure how to get PortMon working on Windows 7 64-bit... It seems it only runs on 32-bit Windows. I did try, and the program starts, but I can't connect (gives error 2 and 6, depending if I run it as admin or not). I also tried running it in compatibility mode as Windows XP SP3, which ...

I have now tested with SE's PC Suite (PCS):

- I created a recurring event in PCS which started at 10:00
- It automatically synced with my phone
- The event in the phone were correct even during DST
- I exited PCS and opened MPE
- I synced, and the event showed up in MPE, still correct during DST ...

A correction to my earlier "logical explanation":

I created a recurring event from 10:00 to 11:00 on the 21st on every month on the phone (not involving either MPE or Google). The created event shows correctly even during the DST-period.
Because of this, I'm pretty sure it's not a bug in the phone ...

The problem is still there in Windows...

I can try tomorrow, but should I copy the profile-folder (phonename [imei]), or setup MPE from the beginning in Windows?

I should probably mention that I'm running MPE under wine in Ubuntu, but I read in another post you wrote that MPE didn't use timezone information from the OS. But maybe that's not the case with my phone...

I might have the same problem, although I'm syncing with Google Calendar. I'm using MPE v 1.7.4, and have a SE C510.

The problem started after I updated my phone's software. Earlier under "Settings" on the phone, you had the option to choose if the time you'd set was daylight savings time or not ...

I'm trying to sync my phone with Google Calendar, running MPE under Wine in Ubuntu Linux.

I'm now facing the same problem as in my earlier thread :
MPE lists my calendars correctly, but when I mark two calendars and hit save, the settings are forgotten, and only the default calendar is sync'ed ...

Do you get a working cable-connection?
If you can connect with a cable but not bluetooth, I have no idea what's wrong. You could perhaps try this thread: http://www.fjsoft.at/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2838

If the cable-connection doesn't work either, make sure that "stable connection" is checked in ...

Check your dosdevices-folder, like weinbi says.
If com1 is listed there, try to enter "COM1" with uppercase letters in MPE.
If com1 isn't listed, re-do step 5 in the first guide.

I can't confirm that it works, since I don't have such phone, but you could try opensync/multisync. I don't think it will sync with Thunderbird though, only Evolution. Maybe you can test it using a live distribution? At least remember to backup your phone's content before trying.

weinbi: I did a few tests now, and it seems that everything works ok. Tried to add a new note both places, did some editing and deleting. Everything worked as expected.

I tried to move the folder, with no luck.

Regarding which Lightning-calendars to sync:
- Works partially, but the first calendar, moz-profile-calendar://, normally gets unmarked.
- The others, moz-profile-calendar://?id=2 etc., can be marked and unmarked without any problems

Sometimes MPE has trouble writing settings to settings.dat.
When changing which Lightning calendars to sync, the settings aren't always saved.
When marking which Google Calendars to sync, the settings aren't saved at all.
Sync exceptions aren't saved ...

Forget about the birthdays.
After the re-install all the contacts were replaced, and then the birthdays got copied.
