I'd like to have top window notification when incoming call just starts ringing, not when it is rejected/stopped. It should be visible when user watches video (Youtube for example) full-screen. Please add some options for that.

I have the same wish. My mother has hearing difficulties and uses headphones when watching videos on the computer. Of course she doesn't hear when phone rings.
