Same issue here.
Since switching to Android 12 Bluetooth connections don't work anymore, USB and WiFi are still ok.
Used phone: OnePlus Nord 2 5G (with Android 11 there were no issues).
The issue occurs with Win8.1 and Win10 PCs.
MPE is running on the phone and BT is active.
