Wow, you're right, it didn't come up anymore. I also created a new entry in the phone, synced to Google Calender, then did another multi-sync to try and re-create the error, but nothing happened.

I have a K810i, when I created 2 events on my phone and synchronized the next day, a window pops up (Confirmation for Synch) showing the two events.

However after synchronizing again, the same event pops up, but they appear identical in both Google Calender and my phone. I selected use entry from ...
