the same for me: sync MMS is very long (3404 messages and crash near 107 M).
For the moment, I come back to 1.8.12 version, wating correction.

I have recently synchronisation problem with outlook. For example, if I make a now task on my phone, this task doesn't appears in outlook tasks. I have this problem since 7 days.
What can I do ?

is it possible to show activity on android client when synchronisation is performing. You have recentlty implemented a "debug button" who shows activity but this button has been delete in the next version.
I think it's usefull when you are connected by wifi and when you don't see the PC ...
