Just a few minutes after I quoted the question, the problem was solved. :P
What I did was just sellect 'Explore my bluetooth places' then 'Connect' after rightclick the bluetooth icon in the taskbar.
Afterthat, MPE can connect to the phone. Port is COM 3, Baud rate: 921600 (auto detected), and ...

I have been using Myphone explorer for quite a long time with my W850i and K750i. This time, I connect my Laptop to the K600i using bluetooth and the connection does work when I search for the phone.
