It would be nice, once the Android phone is accessed with the regular password ,and "Myphoneexplorer" apk is opened , an additional password would be required to access, for example notes, or any other data storage which could sync with the computer "MyphoneExplorer" program.

Not sure if this will satisfy your request, anyway in the Settings menu, the Advanced 2 tab, you'll find a checkbox labelled " Encrypt phone data saved on computer ".

Is it possible to encrypt the MPE notes or only some contacts ? I don't want to have to encrypt the whole phone, just some or all of the notes or contacts that are synced to it My Phone Explorer with my PC.

Seriously this is a real need for those who do not want their personal notes with a relative easy access

In calendar, For some reason only calendar entree’s and edits in Thunderbird, are synced, via MyPhoneexplorer, to my android 6.
No entree’s and calendar edits from android come across, back to MyPhoneexplorer explorer and Thunderbird.
