Suggestion: 12hr clock instead of 24hr clock
in the USA we use the 12 hour clock, is it possible that a feature could be added in the settings to allow users to pick between the two?

Disable Windows Vista's User Account Control:
1. Click Start Menu
2. Control Panel
3. User Accounts
4. Turn User Account Control Off

turn off vista's uac
I think it will work if you turn off Windows Vista's User Account Control:
Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Turn User Account Control On or Off
