I seem to be having the same problem.
I recently updated to new OS (Win10) and also updated MyPhoneExplorer from 1.8.6 to 1.8.7.
I don't remember having this problem with version 1.8.6. on the PC. (now using 1.8.7)
I might have also updated android client at the same time (not sure about this ...
