I'm getting a similar issue, running Galaxy S5, Outlook 2010 and MPE 1.8.7

Looking at all events not created in my local timezone, the event shows up in the correct time in Outlook, but when viewed in MPE on the desktop or in the calandar on my phone, it is at the time of the original timezone ...
