Hello.
Version 1.8.13 does not work if installed as Portable (after launching, the tray icon shows and shortly after just disappears).
Didn't see any entries in windows event log
Didn't see log files under C:\Users\<user>\....\MyPhoneExplorerPortable\DLL [/u]
Only solution was install as ...
