yes, I'm having lots of trouble with v2.1. Samsung Galaxy S23 FE.

At home desktop computer - via bluetooth, "cannot identify phone" -- I'm really not able to connect by bluetooth. At work computers likewise lots of trouble connecting via bluetooth.

Hmmm - I set calendar to sync only appointments 1 yr in the past , and all future appointments:

many years ago I could use that option and pick how long in the past, how long in the future to sync. But now it is not visible unless I choose the "internal Sync-Database" for sync.

The reason I'm interested, is because I'm syncing my calendar at work on that ...

Have been using MPE for countless years. I really don't want to sync ALL appointments from 10 years ago until now each time I sync.

Is there a setting so I can just sync appointments in the past 12 months until 12 months in the future? something like that - rather than sync everything?

after restart, still same problem.

hibernated the computer for 2 days, now I come back and it's working normally. Please let me know if anyone else has had this issue.

just today a problem:
I can no longer navigate my file folders using the "view folders" window

if I double click on the My Documents, for example - the view on the right does not change. Doesn't matter what folder I click on the left, view pane - the contents of the right side do not change ...

the function DOES work, just as you stated, even though you get the error message saying it did not work.

this is an issue with windows 10 - that they have gotten rid of the old sticky notes program.

just with new version 1.9
if I go to my files (word documents), using the MPE file explorer,
I double click on file in MPE, and open the document on my computer
save the file...

normally MPE would give me a message that the file had changed, and ask "do you want to tranfer the updated file to the ...

Samsung Galaxy S7, windows 10. Have used MPE for > 10 yrs with no problems, including this phone for the past 1.5 yrs. Starting 3d ago, whenever I try to sync phone with MPE, I get this message:

PhoneConnection to phone could not be established: Phone could not be identified.

Ageor- thank you very much ! I spent three weeks without being able to sync my notes. I followed the instructions as you said, posted HERE

and without even having to reboot, I can now tell MPE to sync the MPE notes to sync with windows Sticky Notes again, as shown here:

When I try to set up my sync settings for windows 10 x64, I have no option to sync with windows Sticky notes. In the drop down box, there is only an option to sync with MPE - but NO option to sync with windows sticky notes.

It used to work fine, but no longer.

OK - to clarify:
the problem seems to be that MPE is set to sync notes only with MPE !
in the settings, sync box -- that's what it says, but there is no other option in the dropdown box -- no way for me to tell it to sync to windows notes

apparently MPE does not know that windows notes is ...

Have used MPE for many years now. In Windows, have latest version 1.8.7 installed. On phone have Client Version 1.0.40.

A couple of nights ago Win10 did one of it's updates, now my windows notes clearly is a new version - the look is very different, and now MPE will not sync with windows notes ...

sorry to trouble you. Got it fixed:

I just went into Tbird, Tools, add-ons...
clicked on "lightning" to install the latest version of lightning.
restarted Tbird, now MPE syncs again with calendar with no errors, and all is well.

I guess the problem is that the upgrade of Tbird to 38.2.0 ...

upgraded to Tbird 38.2.0 tonight, then had problems syncing MPE with Tbird.

when I try to sync the calendar, get the message:
loading entries from Thunderbird failed.

when I try to access MPE file/settings/sync/
I get an error message:
"Folder structure from Thunderbird could not be listed ...
