Same issue... Outlook got corrupted and needed to be rebuilt. I eliminated some unnecessary Outlook Profiles, and when I restarted MPE > Settings > Sync, and tried to reconnect to Outlook, MPE no longer "recognized my Folder Structure". Happened on ...
