For now, on my PC, I transferred all my Outlook Calendar to Thunderbird Calendar and the synchronization is ok between MPE and Thunderbird!!!!!

I don't have any problem of that kind anymore.
Maybe try to have exactly the same profiles in Mail as you had before.
What is the error message you have in the log file of MPE (Debug.txt) when you try to configure Notes sync?
