I just downloaded 1.6.2, I still have the exact same problem -- as soon as I click on 'advanced' after selecting google calendar, MPE just shuts down.

No, there is no window that flashes before the crash -- everything just disappears. And the same thing happens with iCal as the target.

Perhaps I should add that my XP is traditional Chinese, but I use MPE in English, and I sync with bluetooth. Don't know if this gives you more insight?

Yes, it did crash -- same exact thing. It shut down immediately.

BTW, I found the 'Settings.dat" file stored in a folder with my phone name (SE k750i) in the MyPhoneExplorer directory stored in the "My Documents" folder. Is this the correct file?

I'm using version 1.6.1 with an SE k750, windows XP, and I can not sync with Google Calendar

I can't enter my Google account information b/c MPE crashes (shuts down) as soon as I push the "Advanced" button under Settings/Sync
