Hi,

I also get the "Phone could not be identified" error. I'm using a SE W950 with a USB connection (in phone mode, not file transfer mode).
I tried rebooting as advised above but still get the same error. I've tried to connect using the COM port marked "SE USB modem" and the one marked "SE PC ...
