The MyPhoneExplorer add-in remains unticked. below the optional boxes, it says about "Load behaviour: Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM add-in."

I have recently moved onto a new desktop PC and used this point to change my e-mail from a PST file over to IMAP. However when I am in settings, Sync and hit the Advanced buttons for Contacts / Events / Notes I get the message listed in the subject.

I am using Outlook as part of the Office 365 ...

Between Christmas and New year, I tried the link from the FJ Software again and this time it worked fine! Just installed first time around. So thank you whoever.

This is happening to me too. I suspect that it is NOT the case there is an attached virus, as the download would have been withdrawn amid uproar.

It is much more likely - in my view - that something within Norton is being very fussy and the download file has wrongly been given the classification ...
