Still I don't understand, but after careful search the case is closed :) This trick helped:

- Start-Run-%appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer\general.ini-OK
- a textfile shuld open, add this line below [Main]: UseOutlookObjectModel=1
- save the file
- try to sync again

"Download Entire" is the big, blue arrow beside the 'sync' button. Hover your mouse over it and you'll see. I use this after clearing my phone storage as this also clears what MPE is reflecting on the PC. THEN I sync with Outlook.
