MyPhoneExplorer Client on my Samsung Galaxy S22 keeps stopping. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app, cleared data and cache without success. Any suggestions?

Recently when I try to respond to an incoming message or create a new message I'll click on the reply icon or the new message icon but the message window doesn't open. It looks like a window has opened when you hover over the MyPhoneExplorer icon in the task bar, but if you click on it nothing ...

Loading Entries from Outlook failed
I just encountered this problem this morning. Everything worked fine on Friday. I reinstalled My Phone Explorer v. 1.18.11 (I prefer this version for the way the text messaging function works) and repaired my Outlook 2016 installation (32 bit version). I have the log file if you would like to see it.

I've used MPE for about a year now. Within the past couple of months when I connect my Motorola XPRT (via USB cable) to my computer (running Win 7) and start-up MPE (v. 1.8.4) it seems to sync the contacts just fine then hangs up during syncing the organizer with Outlook 2010 and I got the message ...
