I guess you meant "task scheduler" and not "task Manager".
I done it this way, but in reality only a few will know how to do it.

So, for the sake of the average user, I suggest to add it as a feature. (XTNDConnectPC for example has it)

Is there a way to do scheduled sync?
During the work day I'm working with Thunderbird Calendar/Contacts.
I would like MPE to automatically sync with the phone 1/2 an hour before I go home.
